I’ve always done things differently. My mother can attest to that. I’ve never had the burning desire to fit in with what everyone else is doing. The status quo is boring and doing things because everyone else is doing it that way, is a waste of time and in most cases, doesn’t lead you to where you want to go.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with an array of budding entrepreneurs and brands helping them navigate around obstacles, through uncharted waters and outside their comfort zones to achieve the level of success they didn’t think was possible.

Today, more importantly than ever for you to succeed, you need to stand up and stand out. In a world full of commoditization, if you’re not creating a memorable and personal experience for your customers, nobody is going to remember you. What happens to businesses that nobody remembers? Yes, that was rhetorical. In the words of Sir Winston Churchill; “People won’t remember what you said, but they’ll remember how you made them feel”. It’s 10x costlier to acquire a new customer than it is to retain a satisfied customer. This is where most businesses miss the boat.

As individuals, we all have different strengths and qualities and should use those to our advantage instead of looking like, being like, and doing like, everyone else. Be unique. Be different. That sets us apart from the rest. This could be the difference between you being just good or being great.

If you want to know what gets my jets roaring each day, it’s my ability to work with high-performing entrepreneurs getting them to a place they want to be in work and in life. It’s as simple as that!
